What we put on the table to get you started
Landing your first stock in another country is the expensive, uncertain part. So we take the cost out of the front of it, across your first 90 days.
Start with a pallet or two. No lock-in, no long-term contract, and if the
first 90 days do not work the way we said they would, you walk away without an exit
penalty.

Pricing notes and assumptions
- All agreements are subject to a credit check before commencement.
- All prices in USD. Payment by ACH, wire or credit card only.
- Prepaid shipping meter required, minimum $2,500, deducted monthly and topped up.
- Monthly billing with 7-day payment terms.
- Accounts 7 or more days overdue may be suspended without notice.
- Rates are subject to change by Fulfillmate, suppliers and shipping providers.
- Incorrect weights or dimensions from you that create surcharges will be recharged.
- Additional carrier charges and accessorial fees are invoiced to you.
- Customs fees, duties and taxes charged to Fulfillmate are invoiced plus an admin fee.
- Mixed pallet deliveries are sorted at your cost.
- Pallets are measured as standard 40x48x60in. Oversize may attract additional charges.
- 90 days notice to close an account, plus a $499 fee and the cost of preparing inventory.
- Early release, if approved, is charged at the average weekly invoice of the prior three months, pro rata.
- A closed account balance must be paid in full before inventory is released, 2-day processing.
- Accounts spending under $500 a week require a credit card on file.
- Late fees apply to overdue invoices.
