US 3PL for Overseas brands

Sell Into AmericaLike You Are Already There.

Whether you are already sending US orders or still weighing it up, the numbers change the moment your stock sits on US soil. Orders ship same or next day, and shipping costs a fraction of what it does from home.

Where you are now

Two ways brands come to us, and they are not the same problem

You already get US orders

Your US customers are already waiting longer than they will accept

You are paying international parcel rates on every order, and your customer still waits a week or more. Put the stock in a US warehouse and that same order becomes a domestic one.

Getting in costs less than most brands assume

Most brands put the US off because they assume it means a US entity, a lawyer and a year of setup. Usually it means none of those. One or two pallets is enough to find out.

What changes

What actually changes when the stock is already there

Delivery stops being the objection

Orders leave a US warehouse on domestic carriers, so your customer sees same or next day delivery with no customs form to fill in. Say so on your site: designed at home, shipped from the US.

Shipping costs a fraction of what it did

You move stock once, in bulk. Every order after that ships at domestic rates, so the saving compounds.

We handle customs and freight

Freight, customs and the import paperwork end to end. When several brands are moving at once we consolidate the freight, which reaches container pricing a single brand could not get on its own.

Case study

Silky Tots

Every US order shipped direct from Australia, so transit was slow, freight was expensive and carts were abandoned at checkout. We ran the cost study on holding stock in the US, then moved the inventory from Australia and Asia into our facilities. The brand has since shifted its marketing focus from Australia to the USA and Canada.

Fulfillmate have been an integral part of my expansion into the US. Great team, going above and beyond to make life easier for me.

Boundary Supply and Hawaii Sweet

Food and backpack products out of multiple factories, operations split between Toronto and Hawaii, and no clear view of the flow. We re-engineered the chain through our forwarding division, tightened the ordering cycle to raise container utilisation, and picked the cheapest points to hold stock in North America. Our international team found customs and duty savings on the way through.

An incredible value for our team, and really an extension of our logistics team, oftentimes leading the way for savings and efficiencies.
